A forward-thinking AI enthusiast, Gareth is dedicated to driving value for clients through the best use of new technology, while keeping a human-centred approach at the heart of every search.
Annie is a Talent Director who partners with clients on specialist appointments and projects. She brings strong business development and account management skills, and a people-first approach to every search.
Paul brings 20 years' experience supporting clients across international markets. With a strong pedigree in executive search, built working with a series of global headhunting firms, he secures leaders who deliver transformation across industries including consulting, mining and energy.
Charys leads our Research & Delivery function from Cape Town, heading the team behind our international searches. An expert in AI-driven talent sourcing and market mapping, she uses WaveOS to uncover hard-to-find talent across global markets, and works closely with clients to keep every mid to senior-level search on track from brief to shortlist.
Dylan is a Senior Talent Consultant in our Research & Delivery hub, supporting client projects from first search to final shortlist. He brings expertise in AI-driven candidate sourcing and process management, keeping candidates engaged at every stage, and has a particular interest in emerging technologies and the talent shaping them.
Claire oversees finance and administration, keeping the business running smoothly for our clients, candidates and team.

Gareth and Annie were on Koh Surin, off Thailand's Andaman coast, when the tsunami struck. Swept away by the waves, they survived against all odds. Eleven years later they founded the company and named it Wave: a reminder of the resilience it takes to build something from the ground up, and what we look for in every leader we appoint.
